Richard Mullen
Richard Mullen is a central California native who developed the desire to help others early in life as a result of being the first born of thirteen children. He worked in retail for nine years and spent sixteen years working in wholesale. In 1988, high taxes and multiple IRS audits pushed him in the direction of insurance and investments giving him the desire to learn how to have more control of his money and finding legal ways to pay less taxes.
He and his wife Lorraine reside in Visalia, California. Between them they have four children and seven grandchildren. They enjoy travel, especially when they can visit Orlando and their grandchildren residing there.
